As an expat in London, I had to see this. So I did, and all I got was this lousy photo.
Dray Walk, East London on Flickr.
Smack In the middle of Brick Lane, this area is bustling with Londoners and tourists alike, shopping, eating, drinking and people watching. Especially on Sundays when all the markets are open.
Turning plebeian rapidly though, and there are far more interesting areas in East London.
Frank’s Campari Bar, enjoy the view on Flickr.
With too many people for the seating provided people spill over into the rest of the car park roof having a few while enjoying the view.
The view from Franks on Flickr.
Frank’s cafe and campari bar is a pop up bar on top of a car park in Peckhamm, south London.
It seemed a little bit past its prime in regards to the crowd but an amazing view over London and decent drinks. Didn’t try the food though.
Waffle Lady at a christmas market in Berlin on Flickr.
It was very cold in Berlin in December 2009. So warming yourself on a waffle and more importantly a cup Glühwein was essential. This lady probably wish she was tending the Glühwein and not the waffles.
