When the cherry trees start blooming in spring throngs of people hit the parks. Here is Yoyogi park when Sakura hit on a weekend in early april 2010. -

Smack In the middle of Brick Lane, this area is bustling with Londoners and tourists alike, shopping, eating, drinking and people watching. Especially on Sundays when all the markets are open.
Turning plebeian rapidly though, and there are far more interesting areas in East London.
